MOOSIC, PA(WBRE/WYOU)— The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders split its series with the Charlotte Knights three games apiece after Sunday's 9-5 at PNC Field.
RailRiders outfielder Jasson Dominguez, and shortstop Oswaldo Cabrera led the way for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Domingues finished the game 2-for-4 with 4 RBI. Cabrera was 3-for-4 with 3 RBI. Marco Luciano, and J.C. Escarra each added a run for the RailRiders as well.
Righty Luis Gil picked up his first win of 2026. He pitched 1.2 innings of relief, striking out 3 batters.
The RailRiders now travel to Worcester for its next series. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre will take on the Red Sox starting on Tuesday, August 25th.
