Social media responds to UCLA legend's retirement from the NBA

Legendary NBA point guard Russell Westbrook announced his retirement on Wednesday and social media was filled with an abundance of support and appreciation of the star guard.

The former UCLA guard called it quits after 18-years of play in the NBA, as the 2016-17 NBA MVP, nine All-Stars and the All-Time Triple Double leader. Westbrook played for a plethora of teams during his time in the NBA, but he logged a 11-years with the team that drafted him back in 2008, the Oklahoma City Thunder.
