A pair of former Wisconsin Badgers defensive standouts continue to impress the Los Angeles Rams.
As part of a 34-0 shutout against the New Orleans Saints, the Rams improved to 2-0 in preseason action.
Former Badgers Nyzier Fourqurean and Darryl Peterson III both have a chip on their shoulder, and each did their part to contribute to a defensive masterclass.
Fourqurean recorded four tackles, three of which were solo, but most importantly, he added a pass deflection and forced a fumble.
When it comes to Peterson, the older brother of Utah Jazz guard Darryn Peterson, Darryl came out of week two with three tackles against the Saints along with a quarterback hit.
Together, these two continue to make noise and would love nothing more than to represent a Rams team that eyes a Super Bowl appearance after last year's disappointing exit in a thrilling NFC Championship game.
