These rankings are based on PPR scoring formats, which award a full point for each pass a player catches.

Usually in any PPR league, elite wide receivers get pushed towards the top of drafts. However, this year offers a different strategy that seems to provide drafters the most value.
Running backs were what won leagues last year, even with the spectacular seasons from Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Puka Nacua.
The term "RB dead zone" is nothing new, but where these dead zone running backs are being drafted certainly is. When you look at ADP, running backs like Bucky Irving or D'Andre Swift are not going that much lower than elite backs like De'Von Achane or Kenneth Walker III.
Due to this, we recommend attacking the RB position early and then letting the WR value fall to you in the middle rounds.
In our ideal draft, we grab three RBs in the first five rounds, and then load up on all the WRs your leaguemates are passing on to make up for their lack of an RB room.
In most cases, this means you're punting QB and TE until the last few rounds.

When moving down the board, drafters should shift their focus from players who can be immediately started to those with higher upside as the season progresses.
Focus on targeting backup or tandem running backs who can fill in as starters if the primary running back misses games due to injury, trades, or league discipline.
