One of the biggest marquee matchups of the women's college volleyball season is already here. No. 1 Nebraska and No. 2 Texas will face off on Sunday.

Nebraska has already been off to a strong start this season, winning the inaugural Spikes Under the Lights tournament in front of 40,000 fans at AT&T Stadium. A title has eluded the Huskers for nearly a decade, and this year will be the program's last chance with their core squad of Harper Murray, Bergen Reilly, Andi Jackson and more.

Despite exiting the NCAA tournament in the regional final last year, Texas is back and looking for a better outcome this season. The Longhorns received a reassuring No. 2 ranking in the AVCA Preseason poll, but that didn't translate to their first match, where they lost to Arizona State 3-1.
