New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will play in the preseason as he battles for one of the final roster spots. The 33-year-old wideout didn't play in the 2025 season but is attempting an NFL comeback.
Beckham Jr. spent the first five years of his career with the Giants and was one of the best receivers in the league, hauling in 390 receptions for 5,476 yards and 44 touchdowns across 59 games.
However, Beckham Jr. played at that level for years. His last season in the NFL was in 2024 with the Miami Dolphins, in which he had nine receptions for 55 yards over nine games.
The Giants receivers that are highly likely to make the roster are Malik Nabers, Darius Slayton, Calvin Austin III, Darnell Mooney, and Malachi Fields.
Nabers will be the leader in the receiver room, but he is coming off a torn ACL. The 23-year-old had an impressive rookie year in 2024, finishing with 109 receptions for 1,204 yards and seven touchdowns. He was off to a great start in 2025, as he had 18 receptions for 271 yards and two touchdowns in four games before suffering the injury.
